Use :

1. Always start with exfoliation to eliminate dead skin and facilitate the penetration of products into your skin. Exfoliation is done 2 to 3 times a week.
take a small dose and rub vigorously on the skin of the body and on the face using circular movements. Leave on the body for 2 to 5 minutes before rinsing.
NB on the face go gently and avoid the contour of the face.
Do not leave on the face for more than 20 minutes.
