I want to know where is my package?
You will receive an email from us saying your package is on its way. You just need to click on the link of ‘tracking number’ or ‘tracking number’.
On my tracking, it is written that "the package is being returned to the sender", what should I do?
Most of the time, this is due to a delivery address error that youcommunicated to us or because the package could not be delivered andremained at the post office for more than 15 days.
My order was marked as processed, however when I look at the tracking number it says 'tracking unavailable'. Why?
Because Your order has been processed and if the tracking number is notavailable, it is simply because your package has not yet been posted. Itwill be dropped off the next day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes between 1-2 weeks in Europe, during the working days.
Where do you ship?
We ship in Europe and USA. For clients in Africa, Asia or middle east please contact us to find a shipping method.
Why i am not recieving any email ?
If you are expecting an email from us and haven’t received it. Your email provider may have blocked the email or they may have moved the email to your junk/spam folder.If you are using gmail, the emails may also have been moved to your promotions folder.

What should I do if my payment is not accepted ?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us
How can I change my delivery address ?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.
